Associate Pastor of Youth & Family
Webbs Chapel Baptist Church in Macclesfield, NC, is prayerfully seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Pastor of Youth & Family to join our growing congregation in Eastern North Carolina.
Our church has a heart for our community and a desire to see individuals and families grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Our vision is simple: Love God. Love People.
We are an excited and vibrant church with many willing hands ready to support and encourage an Associate Pastor who will help us expand our youth ministry, reach young people throughout our local communities, and disciple them alongside their families.
We are seeking a pastor who possesses a deep love for Jesus Christ, Scripture, and the local church, along with a strong desire to reach, disciple, and equip the next generation for Jesus.
The Associate Pastor of Youth & Family will serve under the direction of the Senior Pastor and will provide leadership for the planning, coordination, development, and operation of the church’s youth and family ministries.
The Associate Pastor will provide spiritual leadership, biblical guidance, encouragement, and support to our youth, their families, and those serving within the youth ministry.
Position: Associate Pastor of Youth & Family
Employment: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: Salary will be determined based on experience and educational background.
